The main activity is the management of own commercial, residential, industrial, warehouse, athletic properties in the Republic of Belarus.
Promstrojindustria
The plant has been operating since 1993.
Main profile is: design, production and installation of heat and energy saving equipment.
Main products are: plate heat exchangers and heat supply substations.
They are used to provide heat and hot water to residential, administrative, industrial buildings.
Our clients are:
- housing and communal services companies;
- companies operating heating networks;
- companies engaged in residential and industrial construction, overhaul of buildings;
- companies of food and metallurgical industry, oil and gas industry, shipbuilding and others.
The produced equipment allows our customers to reduce heat consumption by 37% in industrial and public buildings, and by 12% in residential buildings.
The company performs a full cycle of manufacturing heat exchangers, from stamping plates and casting gaskets to frame fabrication, assembling and testing.
The plant also produces:
- mesh filters, mud filters, check valves, ball valves, stamped flanges with connections, circulating pumps and other sanitary products;
- molded rubber products;
- metal structures, metalworking products.
- Carries out punching and welding works, works on painting parts and products.
Itera Pet
The company was founded in 1997.
The main profile is the production of polymer packaging.
Manufactured products: PET preforms, sealing caps.
Production capacity of the Company:
- preform - 30 million pieces per month;
- Sealing caps:
- 28 mm - 30 million pieces per month
- 38 mm - 7 million pieces per month
- 48 mm - 6 million pieces per month
Products are used for packaging and bottling of:
- water, drinks and beer
- milk and dairy products
- vegetable oils
- medicines
- cosmetics
- chemicals (fertilizers, solvents, detergents and other)
The production is equipped by leading world manufacturers (HUSKY, SACMI)
The company produces:
- preforms of PCO, BPF, OIL, Bericap 38 mm and 48 mm Bericap standards in grammar from 21.8 to 91.4 the range of produced PET bottles (vial) in liters from 0.1 l to 6.0 l inclusive
- polymer caps of PCO 1881, PCO 1810 standards with and without sealing gasket; standard Bericap 38 mm, Bericap 48 mm
There is a possibility to produce various colors products and logo applications.
Natural gas and oil products
During the years 1998-2014 the affiliated companies of the Group supplied natural gas and oil to the Republic of Belarus, as well as exported Belarusian oil products to various countries of the world.
The maximum volume of natural gas supplies was achieved in 2002-2004, exceeded 6 billion m³ per year.
The maximum volume of oil products sales was reached in 2012 and exceeded 600 thousand tons.
About 70% of payments for natural gas were made by enterprises of the Republic of Belarus by their own products (quarry equipment, trucks, buses, tractors, fertilizers, metal-rolls, car tires, machine-tools and equipment, building materials, food products etc.). The group sold these products to various countries of the world..
Construction
During the years 2004-2015 the affiliated companies of the Group carried out design and construction of various facilities in the Republic of Belarus.
The most significant among them - Multifunctional complex Parus.
The Group carried out the whole complex of works in construction:
- Design;
- Development
- General contracting;
- Contracting works of all kinds;
- Technical supervision.
Multifunctional complex Parus
The project was a "pioneer" of high-rise construction in the Republic of Belarus. The height of the building is 134 meters, 34 floors.

Residential area: 22`226 sq. m., more than 200 apartments on floors 5-30, 4 duplex penthouses on floors 31-32.

Distribution of FMCG products
During the years 2007-2015 an affiliated company of the Group (Dilertorg) had been selling various FMCG products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The company was a distributor of such brands as: MARS, EFES Pilsen and Heineken
The company also distributed:
- Beer of famous breweries from England, Germany, Belgium and other European countries;
- Beer, juice, beverages, chocolate, snacks and confectionery products of Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian manufacturers.
IT-business
During the years 2012-2018 the affiliate company of the Group carried out the development, supply, implementation and maintenance of innovative solutions in the field of information technologies.
The public association “Belarusian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness” was founded in 1989. Since 1992, BFBB has been a member of the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (IFBB).
From the day of the Federation’ foundation, GAZITERA has been its General partner. More than 100 different tournaments were organized in the Republic of Belarus with the support of the Group.
